UX is a bit confusing. Direct messages don’t show up in chat. They show up in notifications. The support channel is filled with spam. There is no way to have exploding messages on signal

Buyer beware. This is a scam. They lie about blockchain security and steal you money. Do not trust this site. They lie cheat and steal. Online support does not give proper instructions and they steal your money. Once they lock you in their fake blockchain security, they ask for more payments to release your funds. After you fall for this they steal more. Not very reputable be carful!! Fraudulent activity!!
