Cured insomnia - life changing

After 9 months of waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to go back to sleep for hours, I’m finally sleeping through the night! It wasn’t easy and didn’t happen right away, but after a month I started to see results. During the first few weeks I reverted to old (bad) habits a number of times, but continued to make changes and stuck with the program. I can’t believe how much more energy I have and how much happier I am. I had even previously tried sleep medication, which didn’t work, and this program is WAY better. I am so grateful I found this!

Completely changed my life, great customer service too

Good advice and nice animations

This app is enjoyable so far. Helpful (albeit somewhat basic) tips for better sleep with sleep tracking and background information that leads you to better understand the reasons behind your insomnia. Given my history of insomnia over decades, I wish I had access to this app when I was younger when the impact may have been greater. Still, happy so far with it. The animal icons are also nice. Thanks to the developers!
