Don't waste your money

I paid $3.49 for this app. They have better apps for free. Barely any exercises on it. I deleted it after using it once. Please stir clear of this. You're throwing money into the garbage with this purchase.

Not worth it

Should be a free app. Not very many stretches. Very basic. No sound on daily stretch area. Disappointed with this product.

After completing the first pain relief stretch my debilitating acute back pain was immediately eased.. very insightful and saved me a trip to the chiropractor & physio. My background is nursing, including spinal injuries, and I found this app REALLY useful. Use with caution, but fellow acute lower back pain suffers will surely get good acute treatment options, prevention & strengthening plans. One tip; get an exercise mat or thick towel for the second lot of stretches.
