Finally enjoying home workouts
Lisa, thank you thank you thank you thaaaannnkkk youuuu!
My motivation, energy, and general mood really took a dive when the lockdown started. I’ve not been that familiar with or enjoyed home workouts but this app is a game changer. I’ve just about finished the 7 day free trial and I will definitely be continuing the subscription. I really like that you are able to switch out exercises - I don’t have resistance bands and have ordered them but in the meantime I can switch out things like banded face pulls.
Lisa, if you’re reading this, I think it would be a really great improvement to add the rest timer to the timed exercises. Whenever it’s a timed decries and I hit complete, it doesn’t give me the 45sec count down like the exercises with # reps. It would also be super cool if a timer could be incorporated into the timed exercises so that it dings or something to let you know the time is up - that way when you’re doing timed core, you aren’t straining to watch the clock. Finally, even though it’s a timed exercise, I think it would still be cool to have the option to record your actual time because sometimes you might fail before reaching the suggested time & it would be great record if you used weight (I like adding resistance to the bicycles.)
Anyways, really great app - so grateful for you - can’t wait to see the upgrades/improvements that come in the future <3

I really hate the new update!! 😭 I loved this app before the update. Now I am forced to do the workouts in the order they choose rather than skip around from exercise to exercise depending on what’s available in the gym. You can move forward or back but you can’t see the whole list at once so you waste a lot of time looking for exercises… very annoying. I also don’t like that I can’t see my previous stats as I go… I use that to know where to set my weight. Ugh so disappointed I’ll probably be cancelling as soon as my subscription is up ):
Amazing & encouraging app 💪🏼
I signed up for this app at the start of the year & have just finished the 8 week challenge & can honestly say I’m amazed!
Although I may not be as toned or muscly as some that took part, I’ve lost a whopping 18lbs (8kg) in only 2 months.
My photos show the difference in my body shape & I’m honestly so happy with the progress.
The app is awesome & super easy to use! I’m now going to start lifting heavier to tone up & I’ve completed my first triathlon this weekend & am taking part in 4 runs this summer in the Rockies.
I love all the different options that the app gives you, whether you’re beginner or advanced! It also has classes for Muay Thai & Yoga so there is literally something for everyone.
