Annoying ads
The ads are very annoying. Google at one time said they wouldn’t have animated ads . They lied

Hello. Thank you for writing. The advertising appears because this is an ad-supported app (always has been, even if the ads didn't always show). This is how free apps pay for their development.
Regarding animated ads - this is something we are addressing, because we don’t allow those in our apps.
An option to upgrade to ad-free is available from the main app screen. Also a paid version is available which removes the ads permanently (Sudoku Premium).Thank you for your patronage.
