I am really enjoying Sundance Now. Super documentaries! Highly recommend Sundance Now.

Do not fall for the “free trial”

This is the WORST streaming service ever. Run away - Run far far away.

I signed up for the free trial directly on their website- to do so you have to enter your credit card info, but it says you can cancel at any time during that 7 day at no charge. The very first time I try to use the service I select the “log in” (via the Apple app) but it only brings me to a loop where I have to enter my Credit Card info before I can stream. I go back to the website and confirm my account is showing up to date and then contact support via email about the issue (note - they do not have any other way of contacting them). It takes them 2 day of my 7 day free trial, for them to respond. By this time I’ve already reentered my credit card with Apple so I am able use the “free days” and the response is only confirms that I am going to be double billed and that my direct account has been cancelled to avoid double billing. Great I guess, but I had also advised I was concerned because not all my devices are Apple and I was not able to log in to the service on any other device without this stupid “give us your cc information” loop. The response is to tell me I have to log in and not “apply for service”.... I’m not a moron, I know the difference!?!? After a few days of back and forth via email with no resolution I decide this service is just not with it and cancel my Apple payment/account as well, with 2 days left in the “free trial”. Then low and behold, the minute after my “ free trial” is up I’m billed from my cancelled direct account. When I log into that account it tells me the account is not active and if I want to log in further to see my account information I will need to give them my credit card information. Oh hell no......

Anywhere you try to get resolution the response is to “contact support” via email which I’ve been doing for over a week now. Now I’m stuck trying to resolve this with the BBB and getting them blocked by my credit card company.

Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this headache of a service
