How much disappointment before I just stop trying?

My wife made a phone order for takeout, 30minutes to pickup, I arrived on my way home from work at 515, waited until 545, 15minutes in line at the order pickup, not sure why both tills weren’t being used, a guy just stood in front of one and wandered around, never serving any customers but that’s an aside. Get to the til, no order, call wife, wait while she calls the order desk, they have no reaped of an order. The call Center person who took the order had a very hard time taking the order so suspect they just don’t know what they are doing. Normal just chalk it up to staffing however since this is a consistent thing with Swiss Chalet, either poor customer service, messed up orders, makes me concerned what else they aren’t doing right, I would hope that the food prep isn’t as bad as their other execution or a high risk of food borne illness. It’s a shame as I like Swiss Chalet and now have lost trust in their ability to deliver. Will not be going there again.
