Excellent App

Better late than never. Thank you very much Sydney Credit Union. I was debating switching banks over your lack of an iPhone app. Now I will be staying.

App needs work

I had scheduled bill payments which were inaccessible in the app for a period of time. They did not pay like they were supposed to. Now I owe multiple late charges. Not happy about it. I emailed about the issues weeks ago and was given no response. Also sometimes the app is non functional at all and unable to log in.

It’s great to have an app for our Credit Union. This one works quite well and has improved a lot.

TouchId is now available that’s great.

Would love to see the SCU open up to Mint app as well.
