TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training.
Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts.

TABATACH is loaded with different types of Whistle Sounds that help identify what part of a workout you are in, interval beeps for example tell you when a new interval has started. It will help you focus on your workout and forget about the time.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Best Value for Money

Only 99 cents gives you a simple timer app for working out. You won’t find a more affordable HIIT toner app! There are HIIT timers that can do more that cost a lot more. And there are simple timers that do less that also cost more. I tried them all and this was the best value.

Very good, but needs urgent bug fixes

I really like the idea and interface and the talking ability for calling out the exercises.

What is missing though is the ability to rearrange your workouts just like how your able to rearrange separate exercises within the workout.

Bugs included are as such:
- App completely skipping an exercise in a workout.
- App skipping all other cycles of a workout after the rest break coming from cycle 1.
- App having difficulty deleting my workouts and no action being taken after several attempts in deleting a workout, the solution I found was to force close out the apps and try again.

Also I got the app for free in a sale, adding a donate feature with the promise of keeping good development of the app would be appreciated, the app doesn’t seem to get much updates but I see lots of potential.
