Why have only online offers when they don’t load.

I’ve had this problem before I was trying to use the two taco combo deal which is only available as an online offer but when I go to use it the whole app glitches out please fix this.

Worse than 1 star. Dead Links

I just downloaded the App and its one of the worst Ive ever used. To go back to something like a home screen you have to close the app and start over because the < function doesn’t work. The Profile option also doesn’t work when you press on the profile icon. Good luck trying to contact them as that screen is hidden somewhere and there is no drop down menu to find it. What about looking at a menu first before I order? Not possible. The app feels like its 10 years old and never updated. Its better to not have an app than put out such a poor one since it makes your company look third rate and frustrates the very customer you are trying to create loyalty with. Do better.

Bad Rewards

The rewards only work out to being about 2% cashback. Subway starts you off at 5% it just isn’t that great tbh. The rest of the app seems to work well.
