New membership and receipt capture is awful
Since they’ve gone all digital, the membership and rewards system has gotten incredibly confusing and almost worthless. I’ve had stores deny my coupons as they don’t have them in their system.
Receipt capture regularly rejects my uploads for valid receipts and it’s meant I’m unable to move up to the next level because of it. Without a physical Shoppers Services you can’t even take the receipts in anymore.
Horrible update - Scan receipt fo not work
This new Tanger app update which automates is the worst update ever seen. Receipts uploaded shows as too old and gets rejected even if its the same day. Have to upload same receipt with Scan feature or picture option as it rejects couple of times then it finally takes it. There is no direct support line to contact any humans. Everything is automated as even contacting support says that you need to wait for 72 hours for human response.
App even do not show the hours of operations which was showing in previous update in the app.
