Description
The Taxi Coop mobile application is the easiest and most efficient way to order a taxi in your city! Provided for free by the largest taxi company in Quebec, the application allows you to order a taxi in just a few taps.
The process is as simple as can be: launch the application and it immediately localizes your position. Confirm that the address identified is the correct one; if it isn’t, you are free to change it manually. Add notes if necessary, choose the method of payment and place your order. A cab will be assigned to you quickly and, in the meantime, you can track it making its way towards you on the mobile application’s map. Finally, a notification will be sent once the taxi is less than a mile from your location.

Notre application est en constante évolution, et c’est justement grâce à vos commentaires et suggestions. En ce qui a trait au service à la clientèle, nous avons depuis peu fait l’ajout d’une FAQ ainsi que d’un service client sous forme de “chat” à même l’application, disponible dans le menu sous l’onglet “besoin d’aide?”. Nous prenons également le temps de répondre à vos commentaires et suggestions sur le Store. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter à l’aide de la ligne support si vous rencontrez un quelconque problème en lien avec l’application, qui est le moyen le plus facile et rapide pour nous joindre. SVP pensez à l’accessibilité des utilisateurs avec problème de vue.
Pour ceux qui n’ont pas une bonne vue le choix de lettres gris pâle sur blanc rend l’application difficilement utilisable. Je me rabat trop souvent sur Uber parce que plus lisible.
