Awful experience and ZERO customer service!

This is the worst service ever.it’s simply unacceptable!! Initial in app delivery times rage between 25min to 45 minutes. Then 40min later you get a notification that the actual delivery time is over three hours!!
I simply don’t think they have the staff or the proper integration to actually deliver food. It’s not the restaurant the issue, it’s the delivery. The restaurant actually prepared the food in 20 min, it the food has literally stood there for over 90 min for someone to pick it up… and another hour for the food to reach me. At this point, I could have walked there, order, wait for it to be ready and walk back home and it would have been faster!!
Plus, there’s is absolutely NO customer service. You hit the “help” button and you’re stuck chatting with a stupid virtual assistant that simply does not understand anything from what I’m writing. The options that show up for help are useless and there’s no way to cancel the order or to actually speak to a real human!

I’ve lost all trust in this company, to the point where I would recommend everyone to only use single use virtual payment cards with this app, as it seems more like a scam than anything else!

I really do NOT recommend using this service! Delete this app instantly and switch to another service provider, your nerves and stomach will thank you!
