We can save the password on our actual acct with sensitive info, why can’t we on the app to watch tv
This app crashes, allot. Completely useless.
App needs improvement …
…or I do, at least according to tech support. I’ve downloaded this app 4 times and deleted 3. I downloaded it onto my phone. After successfully watching a TV show on my phone, I closed the app and when I returned to watch another and try to figure out how to get it onto my tv, it wouldn’t open again. It appeared to open but it would disappear and my “desktop” screen would show up again. I took the advice of the tech and closed, shut my phone off and then try it again. I did, and left it off while I showered and then tried it agin. Same result, kept disappearing instantly when I would try to open it. When I would check my phone to see what apps were open, it would show open. Click on it again and it would disappear. After deleting and re-adding a few times I got it to open. The tech told me that I would have to use screen sharing to view it on my TV as there was no button to send it through Apple TV Box. I did the screen share and it worked but the audio was AWFUL! It kept skipping. When I was on the phone with the tech before I tried the screen share I asked him if I should call back for further assistance if it doesn’t open. He said no, the problem is with my phone. Now I find that interesting because everything else on my phone works.
