The app won’t work
I’m legitimately switching my credit union. This app wouldn’t load all weekend while I was out of province and the website would not accept my e-transfer. Now that there’s no banking by phone, I couldn’t even check my balance without phoning a teller. My e-transfer contacts were all deleted when I switched apps, and the people they have working their digital banking help centre just tell you to clear your cookies and shrug their shoulders. It’s been a nice 35 years, TCU, but Affinity here I come.
Worst app ever
Mine hasn’t worked right since I was forced to get it. That’s right not by choice. I preferred the old version because it actually let me see what was going on! I have to try and cancel it and reload it as it’s been frozen for days.
Super frustrating when you can’t deposit a Check or accept an etransfer.
Garbage
This app is garbage. One day just quit working. Keeps giving me error message “could not complete your request at this time please contact.. my banking phone number” so I called them they said try using desktop version. Now I can’t even access that either. Comes up blank. How the gel am I supposed to access my online banking now. Frustrating
