Perfect solution for remote support
Sometimes users just have a hard time explaining what they are seeing or doing on their device. QuickSupport eliminates the guesswork.
A far cry from the desktop remote control
Understand that teamviewer is trying to work around Apple’s restrictions but this app is really not very useful for remote technical support. Users have to do a screenshot before we are able to see anything and even then it is just a photo. Great attempt but will not use the app.

Not anymore :-) With iOS 11 we do have live screen sharing available.

It works OKAY, but try to avoid the scams
Just use the app and not fall for anything they say, otherwise it’s alright
