Good Luck Deleting This One

You want to delete my Amazon review for your defective product letting people know it’s clearly defective since no one can even pair it with the instructions that were given? Okay, I’ll write it here where you can’t delete it and everyone who buys it can still read it and take this crap back. If you can’t sell a working product to people or choose to be dishonest about it, then you deserve these reviews.

Of course you’d be BEGGING people to review your crap and blocking the accurate reviews from being published, so more people will buy this useless garbage from you. Isn’t that why you sent me a card in the mail asking for a 5 star review and you’ll send me a $15 gift card for? No thanks, I’ll pay the disgustingly high premium on other cameras with reputable and honest manufacturers, instead of this cheap, misleading crap from China that doesn’t even work, the reviews of which you clearly Doctor based on the fact you can’t just choose to block these reviews from our sight. Not really a company I would want having constant video access inside my home even if I could get it to work with these deceptive and sketchy business practices. It turns on when you don’t want it to? That seems like more of a home security risk than a prevention method to me, personally, but whatever.

Enjoy my review and also enjoy getting your crap back you tried to tell them you never received from me. Too bad for you I was given the tracking number by UPS to prove when you received it well over a week ago, you scam artists. :)

Ads?!?!?

This app just sent me a push notification with an ad for me to buy their camera. That is completely offside. Spam.

My experience before that was fine. Plugs work fine. App works fine.

Terrible

I have been using for months and it’s honestly terrible you can only have 3 people added to watch cameras so won’t work for a household of people not to mention when there is motion detected it takes so long to load the app that there’s nobody there by the time you load in. I use Teckin click cameras quality is perfect but app sucks I advertised my cameras and I’m switching to better ones
