TeeVeeing 4+

I was really happy using this app but the developer/company running it are not very reliable. Their payment options keep changing & seems we can no longer use Apple to pay for it. Due to the fact they are unreliable I wouldn’t trust giving credit card info to. Please bring back option to pay through apple & I may come back as a customer. They have started no answering support questions.

They say here that I should of contacted them, but fail to mention that we were in contact. My account was closed down months before my subscription expired? You stole months from what I paid for in a childish manner of game playing. The price will go up for customers and the company name will change (same scammers different name) so they can increase your payment to your subscription. It’s all about the money and less about their customers.

They are being investigated by the Spanish police. They are scammers fraudsters They close my account two months early without any explanation or refund of which is fraud. They blocked my response so all emails get bounced back?  My story; I had no access to my account to turn off order renew, no one seems to address it and went ignored, probably hoping for a payment July 6th!? Contacted my credit card to make sure billing won’t go through from TVMUCHO, PZAZ, or TeeVeeing, yes pick a name, same company many name changes.  This service has more than double in price since I joined in 2019 and I’m not paying the new increase to €99.99!  I’ve been asking since April to stop my auto renewal (they turned it back on and restricted my access to change my account) but it still was ON and I didn’t have access!? It was OFF when I turned it off because of so many problems and I even received a cancellation letter, but since they update it has been reactivated. A trick they do often so check your renewal if you turned it of recently. They do the updates to reset everything including turning auto renewal back on frequently. MONEY GRAB Yet to receive assistance with this has been ignored, so time to find a trusted source. I’ll be contacting my credit card company so I’m not billed. With name change to TeeVeeing, the price has gone up through the roof and same sloppy service down. It’s just way too expensive now for what you get, the buffing, slow / or Sometimes no service. You get nothing but problems for expat tv service, so I’ll go elsewhere! I looked at the 25% off they offered but that doesn’t even work, nothing is accessible with TeeVeeing. No access allowed! When I first started in 2019 it was €48.00 EUR for Expat TV, then it went up to €71.88 during the pandemic (imagine), €89.99 now you want €99.99 not happening. From €48 to €99.99 in 4 years!? I will be contacting my credit card company, and the Spanish police have asked me too file a report on my experience.
