Description
IP Relay is a service for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, enabling them to place and receive relay calls from their internet-connected computer or mobile device. This Mobile App allows a registered IP Relay user to access the service via their iOS smartphone.

Pauvre concept
Cette application représente le summum du côté cheap des fournisseurs. On dirait que cette application a été conçue par des étudiants au primaire.
Pas de mode PSI ou ESI qu’on pourrait faire directement avec des écouteurs. Ajouter ça augmenterait l’accessibilité. Et je préfère rester avec le SRV ce qui en est de l’accessibilité.
No thoughts at all
This app has so few features, options, and customisations that it gives me 2000s realness (and that’s not a compliment).
Accessibility shouldn’t be an afterthought. We should get the same enthusiasm that hearing folk get with their applications.

I’m disappointed with this app now. I’m not impressed with this app design from our #AccessibilityLens at all. A lot of afterthought design without our inputs.
