Great support

I had problems with the latest update but the support people were wonderful and all y problems are solved and I luv this magazine JM

No help or response on restore request

I have spent a lot of money buying issues. No problem until the most recent app update now I can't restore a single issue. Can't even read the issue I just purchased. I have sent multiple emails requesting support and have not received a response. It feels like theft. I love the magazine and still have my fingers crossed that I will get the courtesy of a reply
