One issue wont download

Good app, but one recent annoying problem. The future stars issue with the 3 Philadelphia players on the cover will not download. Every time i try to do so, it keeps asking me if I want to purchase it. I’m a subscriber, I have no need or desire to purchase it.

Can't access

So this app only works to buy digital copies of magazines. Which you have to pay extra for even if you pay for an actual paper subscription. Not only that, if you want web content that is free you can't access it here you have to go to the website. Who is running your digital/web department?
Basically, if you want paper magazines with the option to read online and the additional free web content you need a paper subscription, a digital subscription, this app, and you need to go to the web site on your browser. This is not a winning digital strategy.
