Terrible App and Company
What a terrible app for a terrible ticket experience. First I couldn’t purchase my tickets due to payment issues on the website, now (after 10 attempts to purchase) once I finally have the tickets, I need to download a proprietary and intrusive app just to access them? The entire process highlights everything wrong with modern ticket purchasing. Legislation to prevent companies like AXS taking advantage needs to be introduced immediately. People without smartphones need to go to the box office?? Somehow AXS can’t provide a pdf of MY TICKETS like every other ticketing platform? A disgusting data grab, I’ll be deleting immediately after the event and avoid any future ticket purchases that involve AXS.
Couldn’t hate it more
Constant resetting of passwords and a clear data grab in the name of security. Clear commercial goals ahead of user design, not a friendly experience and dread going to gigs at the O2 because of it
