Extremely sensitive

The app is good at allowing several types of driving methods. App is good at calculating speed limits and trips. The only issue I have with the app is the brake sensitivity. It measures the brakes on amber lights with extreme braking. Each time I have to brake when the light turns amber and it happens a lot. I am usually under the speed limit and still if I brake as soft as possible while stopping prior to the lights it still shows extreme or low intensity braking and deducts a point. Please make the braking less sensitive, I believe this will then truly separate the good vs the bad drivers.

Your score reflects your overall driving behavior, not isolated events. A single hard brake, such as for an amber light, will have minimal impact; however, repeated occurrences can affect your score. While sudden braking is sometimes necessary, frequent instances, even for valid reasons, will increase the overall risk level. App is intentionally extremely sensitive to always show some “event” on every trip. It will give a hand acceleration for every left turn and hard braking for every red light. If you go 1km/h over the speed limit it will give you a speeding event. This app forces you to drive like a 90 year old man which will cause more accidents instead of preventing them. In addition it tracks you constantly. What they do with this data who knows. Would give 0 stars if possible. I’d rather take the bus than drive with this app.

I am unable to add the pink slip to my apple wallet. I tried calling support and they said to go to apple so they can fix it. I have reset my phone, deleted and downloaded the app again and it still doesn’t work. I tried adding cards and even other pink slip from a different insurance company and it works no problem. I also tried adding a picture of my car on the profile and no pop up to allow me to choose a picture from my library either.This could potentially be a problem if I file a claim and it asks me to add pictures because it will probably not interact with the iPhone camera
