When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your device: Location services – allows the app to use your device’s GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM Camera – allows the app to use device camera to take picture of cheque.

Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

Paying Multiple payees at same time

This app would be much better if it allowed for the selection of multiple payees on the same screen.
As it is now, only one transaction can be made at a time.

Frustrating but functional

Frustrating to use. I am constantly saving my settings to allow for Touch ID and quick view. After going through the proper settings in the app it never seems to save and I have to log in every time and save my preferences again. App is constantly freezing. Light years behind any other bank’s mobile banking apps.

Bugs

Logging in is a pain. Face ID randomly turns off, and it frequently will require you to sign in twice for no reason. Once into the app, it works fine.
