Well worth it

This is part of my compassionate action plan. If you are like me, life is busy, and creating compassionate for myself is hard. This app takes a lot of the organizing out of the picture and creates a step by step guide to help create more compass in the three flows - self, from others, to others. I am very grateful for this experience. Highly recommend.

Best App for anxiety and self criticism! Wow!

Cannot believe the quality of this app!! Bravo! I will be recommending to many clients and colleagues. On top of it all there is an integrated HRV monitor. One could even envision running a group using the app, or giving an entire student population the app. Cannot say enough positive about it. Very interesting to follow clients who use it. It is an excellent support to individual consults. Also has some great sleep meditations.
