App not Loading
Trying to load my tickets but the app won’t even load past the first screen. It’s just blank with a circle…concert is this week and don’t know how to get the ticket without the app!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was trying to get tickets from a friend and despite hours of attempts to have the app work it wouldn’t do anything.
Why have tickets only transferable in your app if it doesn’t work? Let it go through email or SMS without your garbage app.
