Put your to-dos in TickTick, and boom: They’re all in perfect order. This all-in-one organizer is a personal assistant for your brain, one that eases the mental strain of All That Stuff To Do by elegantly organizing it, which lets you focus less on deadlines and more on the big picture. Put it right to work as a refined (and visually pleasing) to-do list, or make use of power features like its Eisenhower Matrix, which automatically plots your tasks on a chart in terms of urgency and importance, or the built-in Pomodoro timer, which keeps you properly balanced between productivity and burnout. “People don’t just want a task manager,” says founder Damon Woo. “They want to manage everything in their lives.”
Best to-do app
The free version is full functional, and has extraordinary features such as habits, pomo timer, and limited calendar integration. Using this app has honestly helped me so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s currently using a to-do app.

This is without question the most intuitive to-do list app that I have used. It’s different than anything else I’ve used and I have used them all ….believe me.
A couple of things I think are really important… It’s visually intuitive with various views of your to-list that you can set up (I LOVE the Eisenhower Matrix view). I also like the way that it does reminders, and the workflow is just very easy to understand. The amount of customization is impressive and continues to get better so there’s no limit to what you can do with this app. And it’s stable. Can’t stress how important this last point is. I’ve used a number of apps that crash once you get a fair amount of data, but these guys know how to build software.
I would recommend this to anybody that is looking to manage a large number of tasks that they need to get done both on the short term and long term.
I would give this more than 5 stars, if I could!
