Recent Update ✅✅✅
⚠️Before the recent update to the app, it was a challenging task with accepting ANY jobs.
Within a minute or two after receiving a notice about any available jobs via SMS or app notifications, the job had already been claimed no matter how fast I tried to accept.❌
❎❌⚠️I’ve literally only ever had one opportunity for a job back before when they were TIDY and changed it to Cleanster. That means I’ve been a Pro since 2020-2021. 🤦🏻♀️
✅✅👍🏼👍🏼Now, I am starting to receive direct customer requests within the app for jobs now! 😊😊

Double Charges and Unremitted Bonus
Yesterday, the customer I worked for was double charged and he hasn’t received a return and no one is picking his calls.
Also, I was promised a $15 bonus for a night job yesterday and I just got notified that I will be paid the exact money without bonus.
Please how do you get this rectified please?

Hi Ninchienk , Please note that we do not keep cleaners or client's money and this doesn't look right .
If You are promised a bonus it comes through with your payout and we do not take money from cleaners.
