A new streamlined user-interface provides instant access to critical information, and the game-changing occasionally connected functionality will allow users to access and update tasks even in offline environments like server rooms or remote locations with limited connectivity. The app will capture your changes and updates, allowing you to seamlessly sync and retrieve data when you're back online. This sync guarantees you can continue working without any interruptions, providing peace of mind and boosting productivity.

Future State Tigerpaw Field Service App Features:

- Auto-Sync: No connection? No problem. Stay connected even when your device isn't! All your work will sync automatically when you have connectivity, avoiding interruption during field management.
- GPS integration: Simply tap an address to bring up your phone's navigation, making it easy to get to the customer on time.
- Task management: With your daily agenda and service tickets in hand, you will be able to efficiently complete each job, including starting/ending travel, starting/updating work, and scheduling/completing tasks.
- Increased Communication: Contact the customer directly from the full CRM, which will provide you with detailed opportunity, account, and contact data.
- Camera Support: Take pictures and attach them to your Tigerpaw tickets.
- Signature Capture: Clients can use their fingers to sign your service orders, allowing you to avoid conflict and get paid quickly.
- Dispatch Board Integration: Always know exactly where your technicians are right from the dispatch board.

We're working hard to improve performance and add enhancements for the Field Service app.
Recent updates include:
- The new Edit Part screen, accessed from the Parts & Labor Used section of the Edit Service Order screen or the Parts & Labor for SO screen, allows you to adjust the notes and quantity of the parts added to the service order.
