Poor connectability

Love the concept but this app is a pain to connect to the device if it even works:/

NEEDS BETTER INSTRUCTIONS

When I opened the package and noticed that there were no instructions aside from how to connect to your phone, I assumed there would be further instructions on the app. Nope. If you’re selling something that involves inserting something into your ears/nose, you NEED to provide detailed instructions. I ended up getting one of the attachments lodged in my ear because it wasn’t clear how to attach it to the device. I was able to get it out using a bobby pin, but it was quite painful and nearly panic-inducing (this was late at night and I would have had to travel into the city to go to the emergency department if I couldn’t get it out). On top of all this, there is no way to adjust the focus, so it’s nearly impossible to see anything clearly. On the positive side, the device connected to my phone easily. Overall, I would NOT recommend this product unless they decide to include better instructions.

Pas de wifi

Pas capable de connecter le wifi sur ma machine !! Ça fait deux jours que j’essaie et incapable de le faire fonctionner!! L’appli aurait besoin d’une sérieuse mise à jours !!! Je vais demander le remboursement de ma machine car l’application ne fonctionne pas !!
