TimeCheck iMessage Extension 4+

TimeCheck is an iMessage extension that helps you find the best times to get together. It works by matching snapshots of schedule availability so you can pick a time when everyone is free.

To send a TimeCheck go to an existing text thread, or start a new message, then tap on the TimeCheck icon from the extensions bar, enter the details (time needed, earliest start/latest end, and the dates to check) and send it in the chat. No need to add recipients - it just goes to whoever is already in that iMessage thread. The app bubble shows in the chat inviting everyone to respond with their availability.

To make it super easy, TimeCheck offers a one-tap iCal sync to get an availability snapshot. The app maps your availability against everyone else's (and the time needed) to calculate the times that work. Your schedule details are never visible, recipients only get to see the resulting time windows that match the settings and availability.

When everyone has responded, pick a time from the results of the TimeCheck. The app bubble will update with an "add to calendar" button so everyone can easily save the details accurately.
