Not worth the "$0.00" price tag.
This is the most dead easy to use talk balloon app I've seen
You turn it on and what you do to make it work it's completely obvious. The talk balloons stretch and rotate perfectly. However you can't change fonts in the free version. Which has ads. The paid one is $.99.
