Excellence!

I’ve been using this app for years, back when it was called Tip Bucket! Never had any issues until a few weeks ago i noticed the numbers in my dashboard weren’t adding up.. After writing to their tech support about my issues, they got back to me within a day. After a few screen shots and specific details about what was happening they took to work on fixing it. A few days later it was back to normal and I am still a happy and loyal user! Their customer service was excellent and well beyond my expectations! I would recommend this app to anyone!

Great App

Wasn't sure about the name change and overall changes of the new app but I had some questions and asked support and they have been awesome. I got replies and answers to my questions very quickly.
Remember they've developed a new app out of the old so things WILL look a bit different but it does pretty much the same thing but better I think. Have problems, just email them like I did and I'm sure you'll get a response quickly. I've emailed questions 4 times since Friday and had responses asap.
Keep up the great work - this app helped me totally track and understand my earnings much better. Thank you.

Xanicat, thanks so much for the positive feedback. Yeah, its a step back in features but from an architecture standpoint and maintenance for me it will be better in the long run I promise. There is never a good time for change but I assure you the features of Tip Bucket will be back soon.
