Bad update

The latest update makes it so we can no longer see teacher evaluations of project grades on the app. It has made the app useless.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. We had a recent bug, which is now resolved. If the problem persists, please try reinstalling the app. If that does not resolve the issue, please share your device details, such as the model, iOS version, and the email associated with Toddle, by contacting us at developer@toddleapp.com. This will help us address the issue more effectively. Thank you for your patience.

Terrible app - sad our school decided to use it

1. Login system is an absolute mess. School only allows one parent contact per kid. So how does the other parent or grandparent see the kids? Easy: we have to share confidential login details. Seriously?!!? This isn’t even a minimally viable product!

2. OTP only works if the app is sending the code to the phone number you registered with the school. But no error message if you try to use the other parents phone to login.

3. Photos of kids are a low resolution collage. Not individual photos.

4. No admin panel to download all photos of the class. Need to go “one by one”

As the subject line said: Terrible app. Will be pushing hard to get it out of our school (although I have an odd feeling that it’s a connected parent or connected faculty member that implemented this. I can’t see any other reason that such a poor app would be used in such a well respected school)
