Awkward to navigate

App appears to have serious limitations, here’s why I think so.
1. Show bookings are painful- for certain shows, you require an entry request to be allowed in- one request per show is allowed per day, if you’re denied, then that’s it. Buy a ticket for another day and try again. No walk ins allowed
2. This app desperately needs a menu bar- once you reach certain points, you can’t go back.

phone zombies rather than mickey mouse

this app forces all guests to become phone zombies stumbling through the parks without seeing the park or speaking to human beings. so deeply disappointing. i will not be visiting a tokyo disney park again. it completely destroys the fun of parks. boo! tokyo disney

Horribly slow

Basically it’s set up as a mechanism for you to figure out how to spend more money with the themepark. The time wait function just tells you how long you have to wait depending on how much money you have spent. The app loads very slowly regardless of which network you are on. Disney should be able to do so much better.
