I filled in all the profile surveys. I was emailed about an available survey and I started it. Did several question and spent 10-15 minutes when they excluded me. There needs to be points for spending over 10 minutes providing information otherwise why bother with any survey and might as well delete the app. How about some guaranteed points for spending time in a survey that excludes you based on questions answered. Or a basic guaranteed amount of points - like 25 - if you spent time in a survey and then get excluded. I’m referring to being multiple questions in, not near the beginning. I see others comment about this and the concern is dismissed. Will see how long I keep giving up my time and information to this.

Hello! Each survey has its own specific respondent needs and targets, so you might not always qualify. When you are screened out no points are rewarded as that data is not considered valid and will not be used for the research. Three surveys I have had some issue

Used the app for 3 days and it froze up several times. I sent off a report with screenshot but never heard back. Today upon completing a survey it tried going back to Home Screen but starting showing error messages and my 7255 points were now 0.
Deleted the app.
