With the Toshiba AC NA App, you can use all functions of your air conditioner and control it from wherever you are, either at home or in traffic on your way there when you want to get home to a comfortable environment. Check your Toshiba air conditioner for compatibility.

2. Use our cloud service to control your room air conditioner from anywhere with your login and password – inside your home or business network or outside with any internet connection.
3. All functions of your remote control are available, including basic and advanced setup.
4. Exclusive Sleep Curve setup: customized overnight temperature settings according to your preferences.
5. Exclusive Scheduling setup: customize your air conditioner to turn on and off according to your schedule.

100% WiFi fixing method!!
So I bought the window AC with WiFi but the function seems not working well. Sometime I lose connection and see the AC as offline on the app so I need to reset the AC settings and play with it.
Finally I found the solution. It is working for me every time so I think it might work for some of you maybe.
** Solution **
Rename your current connected WiFi to any name and then connect the AC to it. Then rename it to the original name and connect to it. It will solve the problem.
Note: you don't need to switch off and on the AC every time to connect to wifi just hold the wifi button on AC.
Simple
The app works but seems rather rudimentary. Features that should be added: multiple timers, change wifi, a iPad version!
Toshiba as a serious brand can do better.
SCHEDULING IS NOT WORKING!
It keeps going to 30 degrees Celcius no matter what temperature setting you use.
