Pay for a service, don’t get access to it 101
So usually when one pays for a service, one expects to get that service.. you know.
My plan has unlimited calls among other things, however the call I was just in abruptly dropped and a message stating “TotalWireless deactivated LTE calls from your account” showed up.
Now I don’t have any service and can’t place any calls, yeah totally legal...
Enough said, I won’t be returning to TotalWireless for the next month.
