Apparently they are not responsible for anything

They can take your money but they can’t actually resolve any issues. Why order from them when the restaurant handles the delivery and all your complaints are sent to the restaurant? Really poor customer service just ends the chat in the middle of a convo and before resolving anything.

Never using toters again 👎

Toters rules:
“You can’t pay in dollar, otherwise your order will get returned, no matter how hungry you are🙃”.
I use these kind of applications to make my life more easy, uncomplicated, and not to end up waiting for my order to be returned after all the wait :)
Knowing the situation in Lebanon, it’s not logical to have a rule like this one. I would rather use Godzilla, or call the restaurant to get my order on time, without any ignorant rules.
I deleted Toters, and I would never use it or recommend it to anyone 😊
