Everywhere Credits Not For Everywhere

Downloaded the app to play music at the bar, found song I wanted, signed up no problems, AFTER purchasing $15 of credits I get a notification saying that I cant use any credits because my account is Canadian and I was in USA. Pretty useless for me.
