AI therapists is not very good
Summary of the AI chat bot - it is repetitive questioning that leads to now where - it actually made me worse - constantly giving yourself negative affirmations to yourself as a direct result of the AI asking the same questions over and over again is going to make people self delete - the AI doesn’t provide any actual direction or plan of action to help you, it just regurgitates “how do you feel about this or that” over and over again This app will do more harm than good for most men out there.
