STILL nothing fixed?

So, when this app was introduced a couple of months ago, I got a promotional email through my site membership telling me this app exists. Downloaded, FILLED with problems. Firstly - though it came later - is that the Mike's app knew nothing of my login information or account from the site. What's more, this FOOD APP has unnecessary password restrictions, meaning I need a ridiculous complex password for an account nobody would ever steal passwords / hack for, which my site login doesn't qualify for, so now I have TWO logins for Mike's! AND the app knew nothing of my address, my history, anything, I'm starting fresh, FOR NO REASON!

Then, it starts with a logo screen - in french! Which my account knew was wrong. But, I can't change the language, it's stuck in french. I have to hit "Commander", and know what that means, despite being an anglophone. Okay, then I see a language button! Locked behind a FRENCH dialogue box insisting I must choose Delivery (and enter an address and time, even though my original account knows my address) or Pickup (and choose a store and I think time). Hopefully our french is good enough to know how to fill this out, especially since it'll all be useless when we login anyway! Why do we have to enter things that will and should be saved in our account?

THEN the login screwup. Including that it forgot me logging in when I installed it months ago, if it's going to insist on being such a pain it NEEDS to keep me logged in!

I pick my sub, the Hot Luke. Okay. Size, okay. Ingredients to remove. Wait. Can pick up to 6, but only see 3 listed and No Thanks, none of the 3 are the one I need: Tomatoes. Huh? Progress further to see if I can edit later and remove them then. Nope. End up having to claim I have an Allergy to Tomatoes, hopefully they realize that means No Tomatoes (I'm still waiting for my order). And hopefully they don't decide to remove the sauce.

Then I skip the credit card information part, obviously, like any normal delivery I should be able to pay at the door, like I always have with Mike's. Nope, it won't let me proceed! AND! It doesn't have a PayPal option, despite being the safer option online! And the only way to pay online with a bank account for those of us without a credit card! Plus it's ridiculous to use a credit card to get food delivered. If my bank card didn't have a Visa Debit option (that isn't supposed to work online for Canadian companies, so also lucky it worked), I wouldn't even be getting my food!

Oh, and trying to find this in the App Store to write this review - "Mike's" gets ANYTHING else except this, I had to dig it out of my history - I then go back to the app, it starts fresh, forgetting I was just there, INCLUDING reverting back to french! This thing is terrible! And I think the only ratings here are me and one faker insider artificially inflating the score with a fake 5 star rating (and no review). I can't see anybody realistically rating this garbage a 5. I had to reduce my 2 stars (I wasn't able to order last time so I was giving the benefit of the doubt) to 1 star.

EDIT: The kicker! I wanted this order the night before but was too late, so I pre-ordered for when the store opened, earliest time 10am. Which promised delivery at 11. Get a call 11:15 "Sorry, we weren't open, we only open at 11."! WHY does the app not even know the opening time, after claiming they need an HOUR? I could go, order, and return under an hour! And a couple of weeks later, I note another fake 5-star rating with no review. Don't do that, make it better, don't lie about it being better!
