This app is truly terrible. Not only is it a pain to connect to the camera. It won’t allow you to download the video out of the app. Anytime you try to download the video the app just crashes so you can only watch it in the app so it makes the whole camera completely useless. If you ever have to use this video for anything you can’t give it to anybody Toyota fix this garbage app it’s absolutely fundamentally irreconcilably awful and you should be ashamed of yourselves for even trying to have this app in the App Store.

Spent $770 on the Toyota dash cam on my 2025 Tacoma i drive up to Duncan and see a bunch of crazy drivers and I was so excited to have it but as soon as I turned off the truck it disconnected me from the dash cam im very disappointed

Bought it for my 2026 Sienna. It couldn’t connected at the beginning when I was at the dealership. When I get back home I tried again, I think this App has conflict with the TOYOTA App, if you want to use it, you need to delete the Toyota app, then manually update the hardware, then this will work perfectly fine. , I’m a software engineer , it still took me about half an hour to figured what’s going on, it’s too complicated for most of the people I think. The video quality is good, you can download it, but only watch them on the App,not in your album.Hopefully Toyota can do some updating to solve those problems.

I spent almost $1500 to get this dash cam installed on my grand highlander and it’s garbage. 90% of the time it’s not working. I went back to Toyota with complains but they tell me nothings wrong and it should work fine. I wish I could get my money back. Very disappointed
