SUBSCRIPTION:
We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions with four plans: Lite (30 minutes of transcription), Basic (2 hours of transcription), Pro (5 hours of transcription), and Ultra (20 hours of transcription), all with additional AI features.
If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
All plans cover chosen transcription time and AI features, plus all other Transcriber features.

Quality of transcription
The app was great in that I uploaded a voice memo and a short time later. The quality is what I found to be not so great. Multiple duplicate entries that made it difficult to edit the document. I have tried other apps that were better at transcribing. I cancelled my subscription and will try a different app.

Hey there! We're sorry you're leaving, but thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. In order to ensure that the software can create a meaningful output, the recording must be as clean as possible, and the speakers must be audible. Sometimes even that is not enough because of accents and dialects used in the recording. Transcriber also offers 10 minutes of transcription for free so that our users can make an informed decision before purchasing a subscription.
the transcript is one big story
Its fine if you want to do an independant story telling one voice one person. it does not work well at all for 3 voices in a small meeting the script is one big story i have not idea who said what and it gets names wrong and some words make no sence in the transcript

Hello there! We are sorry to hear that Transcriber didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the transcription quality vastly depends on the quality of the provided recording. If the speakers are overspeaking each other, there is background noise, or the speakers don't speak directly to the recording device's microphone, it will negatively impact the quality of both recording and transcription. Transcriber educates users about the importance of creating good quality audio recordings to receive the best possible transcription output.
