Horrible customer care support
Do not book with these guys. You can’t change your date if you booked the wrong date. Also no refunds when you cancel. It’s a complete scam. I just lost $123 every time u call the number provided the phone hangs up. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for over an hour and still can’t get through.

BEWARE!!!!
I booked a stay for three days at a hotel with this company and unfortunately had a family emergency and had to cancel within an hour of making the booking. I was on hold when I called customer service and hung up on several times before speaking with anyone. When I finally talked to a representative, I was insured that they had escalated the issue to their claims department and would refund me because of the circumstance. 2 days later, there was no refund or email from them, so I called back again only to be kept on hold and told they decided not to reimburse me. I wasn’t offered credit to rebook; they said no, sorry, and then hung up again. I called the hotel to let them know I couldn’t make the reservation, and they explained they hadn’t received the reservation and that this wasn’t the first time this had happened! Not ok! Beware!
