Version 62.0
We’re excited to announce the biggest update to the Tripadvisor app in over four years. Just download or update to start browsing millions of hotels, experiences, restaurants, and traveller reviews. In the meantime, here’s a quick peek at what to look forward to:
• We made the search bar, maps, and filters easier to access and use.
• We help you start planning right away. When you open the app you’ll see a simple question: “Have a destination in mind?” From there, you can give us any details you know and get to saving.
• We revamped the home screen so every time you log in, you’ll get ideas based on what you like, your existing plans, and what’s nearby.
• We’ll take our cues from you and highlight inspiration based on your recent browsing history. Let’s say you’ve been dreaming of Bali. The new home screen will highlight things to do, just for you, and let you turn that maybe-one-day destination into a real, live trip (even if you’re just saving it for later)

I am a travel consultant and whenever I plan my road trips I always use TripAdvisor app to find things to do and see. I also advise my clients to browse it to get ideas.
