We do this even when the app is in the background to ensure we can track your activities when you lock your phone or switch to another app. Once you are finished with your activity, we stop tracking your location.

Awkward App and Non-existent Customer Service

The app is janky and horrible to use. It’s hard to describe but if you have multiple challenges going on at once it’s difficult to manage. Also I paid for 1 that I never received digitally yet. Have reached out to the company, and never heard back. Will update review if issues become remediated.

So much potential

This app has a lot of potential but is so much more difficult to use than it’s competitors. And it’s confusing many times. For example, I joined a 106km challenge, when I opened it it says 66km. It doesn’t explain how to do things very well either. It says to add a friend to share the link but when I click to add that friend it brings me to the app in the App Store and then doesn’t add them. They need better tech people.

No medals delivered

Been 2 months now and I haven’t received my medal yet.
