Could have been a good rewards experience

If this worked more like the Starbucks app. Earning points at the register is easy, but redeeming rewards must be done via app purchase, and you cannot save a credit card at purchase. Would’ve been far more seamless if you could redeem at the register in store, since the app literally tells you to redeem in store. You can redeem points for a dollar value instead but you get less return.

Birthday coupons aren’t redeemable unless on the specific day of your birthday but it doesn’t tell you that in the app. Sometimes rewards don’t show up as usable in checkout.

Finally deleted it

It’s impossible to remember all passwords for every app these days. This app doesn’t make that easier because the app is not created under Truedan’s name; hence it’s not saved in my password book properly. I have to reset password every time I wanted to buy a drink and it also doesn’t save credit card info. I finally deleted it after years of just walking into store to order.
