Mostly okay
The creation of tests and answering of questions is okay but it lags far behind Uworld for example.
Flagging questions does not work.
Tapping on a image to make it larger (like an axial MRI) opens the image almost in a separate window and you get trappped there.
Much that needs improvement. The questions themselves seem quite good
