Terrible App
The Audio Hub app is terrible and will not perform firmware updates. rendering my nearly $300 headset useless.
I will not purchase TB again, largely in part due to this application
DIssapointed.
Not only do the headphones stop working countless times during a game. But this app won't even recognize the my 700 gen 2's to update the software.
But to be honest, I'm not sure a firmware update would fix the reliability of these headphones. They have always been unreliable.
Garbage
Headset barely works - audio levels are below tolerable. Sound cuts out - can hear through mic & bluetooth but sound is sub par.
This app will not let me run the firmware update - gives no reason why - other than saying its required.
Second pair of Turtle Beach headphones and both are glitched.
Having bad experiences with this company.
